Summer officially begins with the return of The Craft, the acclaimed live event series dedicated to elite lyricism, exceptional performances, and thoughtfully curated hospitality. Now in its fourth installment, The Craft continues its mission of elevating the concert experience by bringing together some of hip-hop’s most respected artists in an atmosphere designed with intention.
On the first day of Summer 2026, legendary lyricists Immortal Technique, Vel Nine, Substantial, and Juggernaut War Party will take the stage at Littlefield in Gowanus, Brooklyn, for an unforgettable evening celebrating the art and culture of hip-hop at its highest level.
More than a concert, The Craft is an immersive experience built for fans who value lyrical excellence and authentic live performance. Every element of the event—from the carefully selected lineup to the custom-crafted cocktails—is designed to honor the creativity, artistry, and culture that define great hip-hop.
“This is not a showcase,” says series co-founder Mic King. “This is for people who care about bars, presence, and the craft itself.”
The Craft was founded by Mic King and LR Blitzkrieg, who later expanded the vision by bringing in fellow members of the esteemed Brooklyn collective MCMI (formerly The Plague), Tonedeff and PackFM. Together, they created an event series that moves beyond the traditional rap show, delivering a premium experience where every detail reflects a commitment to authenticity and excellence.
Littlefield serves as the perfect venue for the occasion, combining an intimate atmosphere with powerful, high-quality sound. The result is an environment where fans can fully immerse themselves in the music while some of hip-hop’s most accomplished performers command the stage.
Past editions of The Craft have featured an impressive lineup of artists, including Beanie Sigel, Grafh, ONYX, Smif-N-Wessun, 38 Spesh, and Thirstin Howl the 3rd. Enhancing the experience even further, Littlefield’s mixologists create signature cocktails inspired by each performer. Fan favorites have included the tequila-based Grafhitti Rock and The Mr. Mecczal—drinks that have become as memorable as the performances themselves.
A Philadelphia native, Mic King is also the Founder and CEO of performance marketing agency iPullRank, where strategy, precision, and intentionality are at the core of success. Those same principles drive The Craft. At a time when many live events are hindered by poor sound quality, long delays, and inconsistent service, The Craft delivers a premium experience created by artists who understand exactly what fans deserve.
