Artist name Pom Guitarist. I believe the acoustic guitar has a lot to offer and can seriously hit hard. It has the ability to express a huge range of emotion as well as depth of feeling and I think this is why I’ve never really bothered with the electric. My musical work includes songs, which could fall into an Indie/Rock/Singer Songwriter category, and pure instrumentals which can range from Americana toward a more Latin/World Music feel.
I’m “in awe of raw”. I’ve played with Flamenco gypsies from Spain and the South of France, their music and way of life inspires the hell out of me. I compose and record guitars for other artists and producers, sometimes I add vocals, depends if I hear them. I don’t compose unless I’m sat at the microphone. I don’t remember anything unless I’m recording immediately. I’m just exploring what is right in front of me, in the now. I love deserts, cowboys, crows, coffee and writing (literary).
